A Poem & A Painting: A Watercolor Interior

Inspired by designer and artist Mark Hampton and his book of watercolors, Mark Hampton, The Art of Friendship, I am now attempting to paint Interior scenes using watercolors as well.
A Poem & A Painting: Magical Christmas
Dec 08 2014 ·0This week’s painting was created for the latest Girls Just Wanna Paint Challenge ~ Magical. I just adore the glow of Christmas lights, especially in this season where darkness comes so early. I was trying to capture this light in my painting by using gold and silver leaf.
