Chocolate Lover’s Class at Ralph’s Wine & Spirits

Ralph’s Wines and Spirits  is a gem of a local business offering libations, classes and tastings at their Hingham shop.  At Ralph’s, their guiding principle is that “wine, beer and cocktails are all better enjoyed when accompanied by great food!”  Their goal at Ralph’s “isn’t just to sell you our product, it is to educate you on it, taste you on it and hopefully introduce your palate to nothing it has ever experienced before!”

I was the lucky recipient of the gift of a Corks & Forks class at Ralph’s by my dear friend G. Along another sweet friend, D, we attended the Chocolate Lover’s Class,  conducted by Nicole Coady, owner of Fixx Chocolates and sommelier Ralph Herson.  Oh, did we have fun!
