One of my favorite surprises from BlogTourMilan was the discovery and tour of the Fortuny Museum in Venice with Christina Gregorin of Slow Venice Tours.

Last fall I was thrilled to attend my very first (and hopefully not my last!) show at New York Fashion Week as part of the Blogger 19, courtesy of Brizo. If you’ve been following my blog you know that not only did we attend the runway show of designer Jason Wu, we also met & mingled with him at a post-show party. I was in heaven! Jason Wu is an incredible designer and such an interesting, creative person. I know because of my experience last year, I will always hold Jason Wu and his show at NYFW close to my heart. With another Fall Fashion Week in the books, I wanted to highlight my Posh Picks from the Jason Wu Spring 2014 Runway Show.

Last month Century Furniture hosted interior design celebrity Charlotte Moss at the Boston Design Center. Having recently heard her present at the Design Bloggers Conference in Los Angeles, I was very excited to hear her speak once again. Our Olympic athletes are continuing their fabulous performances in London and the United States is currently leading in the medal count. That means plenty of Gold, Silver and Bronze will be coming home to the USA. Why not get in on the mixed metal trend in your own home and style with this week’s Posh Picks!

Today I’m sharing three different products that come in a variety of metallic finishes fit for an Olympian…

First: Nail heads. This decorative trim can be used for an extra bit of sparkle or finish on a variety of products from upholstery to pillows.

Next: Picture frames. Beautiful tabletop picture frames add personality and warmth to any space in the home.

The United States may have the Kentucky Derby, but our Derby headpieces are no match for the outrageous hats seen at this week’s Royal Ascot races in England!
