Pamela’s Posh Picks: Holiday Photo Cards
Dec 07 2012 · 0 comments · Holiday, My Paintings, Posh Picks ·0
This is one of my favorite times of the year to go to my mailbox. Along with the usual crush of junk mail and catalogs, December is when the holiday cards arrive! While it seems fewer and fewer people send out paper cards, I for one love receiving them. It’s especially exciting to open up a holiday card and be greeted with the smiling faces of family and friends. I just love to see how families are growing and changing!
Even though my own children are now in their 20s, I still enjoy sending a holiday greeting card with a photo. I haven’t yet decided on a design for this year, but it sure if fun looking ~ that’s why this week’s Posh Picks feature Holiday Photo Cards…
Be Shiny from Tiny Prints
Sophisticated yet fun, this luxe looking flat card features great text and metallic-esque accents. The colors in this card would also look great with a black and white or sepia toned photograph.
Joyful Joys by Tiny Prints
Gradients of holiday color are clean and contemporary on this whimsical card. By the way, when did Tagg Romney start modeling?? 😉
Cheers to the New Year from Minted
A great font and festive sentiment coupled with a traditional holiday color scheme make this card a fab pick for an updated classic design.
Ho Ho Ho from Zazzle
Sometimes, for a variety of reasons, you just can’t get the whole family in one photo. This Ho Ho Ho triple photo card is a great solution. The playful patterns and colors make this a great choice for a family with young children (or grandchildren!).
White Christmas from Minted
Modern and stylish with a homespun graphic touch and unique wavy edging, this card is simple perfection.
With so many wonderful holiday photo card options, there’s no excuse for not sending at least a few. What a great way to spread holiday cheer!
Also getting into the Christmas spirit is this week’s petite interior oil painting, Wreath:
Wishing you a weekend full of good mail days!
xo,
Pamela
