On February 28, 2013, local grassroots non-profit Boston GLOW (Girls’ Leadership, Organized Women), will host their third annual IGNITE the NITE gala in the hope of raising $35,000 in scholarship funds for young female students in Boston’s most underfunded schools in its most at-risk communities.
Boston GLOW was founded by a phenomenal young woman, Leah Moschella ~ who just so happens to be a friend and high school classmate of my daughter Emily. Emily, Leah, and two other friends and former classmates, AC Gaughen and Jenna Paone, comprise the founding members of the GLOW Board of Directors and serve as the current GLOW Leadership Team.
In her role as Executive Director, Fundraising, Marketing & Development, the IGNITEtheNITE Gala is Emily’s pride and joy! Take a peek at the photos from last year’s incredible event here.
Emily and her amazing friends and fellow Directors work tirelessly to promote and fulfill GLOW’s inspirational mission. I am proud to be a donor and am so looking forward to this year’s IGNITEtheNITE Gala. I hope you will join me in supporting this deserving cause by attending the Gala. Even if you can’t attend, you can still donate to Boston GLOW.

This is a true volunteer, grassroots effort and every cent raised goes to scholarship funds for the winners of the IGNITE Change Essay Contest.
As the website says, Boston GLOW is a breeding ground for the modern day superwoman and I say the world needs more superwomen!
Thank you so much for your support friends!

Pamela
