Top 3 Design Finds from BlogTour Milan

As I wrap up my coverage of BlogTour Milan, today I am sharing my Top 3 Design Finds from our tour. In no particular order, I hope you enjoy…
The new Eleganza line from Gessi
I especially love this soaking tub and tray table. The lean angled line of the tub is the new modern classic line. The stand alone table is tres chic. Can you believe these pieces are paintable? Gessi offers a compatible paint for the exterior of the tub and the table unit. If you want to get fancy (and why not?) I envision painting the detail lines deeper shades of the main color.
The Eleganza line epitomizes true luxury ~ just like everything Gessi!
Attilio Codognato in Venice
This century old jewelry shop is a landmark in Venice and is filled with eclectic, imaginative and beautifully designed bracelets, rings and adornments.
If you look closely at this window of “skull” rings you will see one on the left that is almost identical to the photograph that I shared from the Peggy Guggenheim museum. What’s new is old? Or vice versa??
I don’t love snakes but adore this bracelet!
Toma Clark Haines is The Antiques Diva and she is a walking, talking design with so much to share about architecture, history, art, champagne and design that you just want her to rub off on you! Her goal is to make antiques accessible to everyone and she is well on her way as The Antiques Diva & Co is Europe’s largest antiques touring company. Toma is beautiful, polished, and gleams with the patina of an antique ~ only she is much too young! I so enjoyed the time we spent together during BlogTour Milan, Toma is a treasure to be sure and one to be put on a pedestal!
Phew!! I hope you’ve enjoyed my coverage of BlogTour Milan. It truly was an incredible trip and a wonderful group of people to be a part of! Thank you one more time to Veronika Miller of Modenus and all of our BlogTour Milan sponsors!
Oh, and if you love Italy as much as I do, you’ll be happy to know that I still have a few more fun photos of my adventure to share. Stay tuned!
xo,
Pamela
