Pamela’s Posh Picks: My Favorite Christmas Cards
Dec 21 2012 · 0 comments · Personal, Posh Picks ·1
Capturing the annual Christmas card photo when my children were younger was not an easy task. After what seemed like 48 attempts, a few tears (theirs and mine), and possibly a bribe or two, finally we would have a ‘keeper’. Now that they are older, the process is, slightly, easier ;-).
No matter, that precious holiday photo is always worth the effort. I’ve saved all the Christmas cards photos I’ve received over the years. Each year I pull out the box and reminisce about the moment in time each snapshot captures ~ a time of innocence, a time to believe without question in the magic of Christmas.
For my final Posh Picks of the year, I thought I share just a trio of my favorite Christmas card photos of my children: Emily and Fred.
Christmas, 1994
{Yes, I did use one of my Posh Picks from a few weeks ago for my card this year!}
Aren’t they adorable??
Wishing you and your family a blessed and very Merry Christmas! I look forward to seeing you back in this space in 2013!
Silent night, holy night
All is calm, all is bright
Round yon virgin mother and child
Holy infant so tender and mild
Sleep in heavenly peace
Sleep in heavenly peace.
xo,
Pamela
